Precise lubrication solutions

High-performance oils for every machining

Optimal lubrication for all materials and processes

Our cutting and grinding oils are based on mineral or synthetic base oils. Thanks to their various active ingredients, they are suitable for both cutting and non-cutting metalworking processes. Our specialists will provide you with personalized advice and promptly select the ideal product for your application.

ZET-CUT ESG – the CO2 reduced CUTTING OILS

GTL stands for “Gas-to-Liquid” and refers to a technology in which natural gas is converted into particularly pure base oils of defined chain lengths.

Our GTL-based cutting and grinding oils offer a number of advantages over conventional mineral oil-based products. They have an extremely high flash point, very good air separation properties, and very low oil mist formation. This increases process reliability during machining operations and minimizes evaporation losses.

An additional, unique additive technology also ensures longer tool life.

Depending on the process and material, non-cutting metalworking places high demands on lubricants. Even under the highest stress, wear on the workpiece and tool must be prevented, and a high surface finish with dimensional accuracy must be achieved.

With our broad product portfolio, we cover virtually all machining processes. Examples of non-cutting forming processes include deep drawing, punching, broaching, and rolling.

The ZET-ESG (Environmental Social Governance) range is geared towards maximum resource conservation. This begins with the selection of the base oil, continues with the reconditioned containers, and ends with the completely wastewater-free, EMAS-certified production. The CO2-Footprint is kept as small as possible.
