Deputy Production Shift Supervisor (m/f/d)
We are looking for a dedicated deputy shift supervisor (m/f/d) for our production department as soon as possible, who will support our team in Ehingen in the production and storage of our fluids for metalworking.
Your main tasks include supporting and deputizing for the shift supervisor in daily production, coordinating workflows within your shift, and sharing responsibility for the assigned personnel. You will also be responsible for mixing and filling our products while adhering to the required quality standards. Operating and monitoring the production equipment according to work instructions and safety guidelines, and conducting quality checks throughout the production process, are also part of your duties. Packaging and labeling the finished products are also within your remit. Through close collaboration with other team members, you will make a significant contribution to a smooth and efficient production process.
Your profile
Completed vocational training in a technical or craft field or a comparable qualification is advantageous, but not mandatory.
Teamwork skills, reliability and a positive work attitude
Good knowledge of German in speaking and writing
